The Technical Program Committee met October 18-19, 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia, and selected the abstracts. 908 abstracts were submitted and, of these, 36% (56 oral/podium and 272 poster/oral) were accepted for presentation at the MEMS 2014 Conference.  Each and every submitted abstract was read and reviewed for presentation at the meeting.
